The bed quality at Oakwood Apartments Pik Jakarta was exceptional. It provided great comfort and a good night's sleep. The cleanliness of the pool was commendable, adding to a pleasant experience. I would recommend this hotel for its comfortable accommodations and well-maintained amenities.

We went to this apartment in the PIK area and found the location to be quite convenient with a nearby mini-mart and plenty of nearby dining options. the staff provided us with a baby cot and helped us when we requested it. the playground, indoor pool, and outdoor pool were big facilities that we enjoyed.

We found the apartment to be quite small and cramped for a family of four.

Liked , Spending Christmas here was amazing! the pool facilities were fantastic, with indoor and outdoor options. There was also a playground which was perfect for my kids. the strategic location is very convenient, with lots of dining options nearby and a mini, mart on site. We also enjoyed the spacious apartment that we stayed in.

Disliked , the air conditioning in our room was not quite up to standard, and there were some issues with the TV reception. the towels were a bit rough.

We spent our Christmas break at this apartment and it was a great experience. The swimming pool was massive and perfect for my kids to enjoy. The apartment was sparkling clean and we had everything we needed to cook our meals. The location was fantastic as we were close to the seaside and malls nearby. , there was a mini-mart in the lobby that was very convenient for snacks and amenities.

That the WiFi signal was weak, which made it difficult to use the internet. The air conditioning in one of the rooms was not working properly, and the wallpapers were coming off in some areas, which needed fixing.

We had a great stay at this hotel. The facilities were fantastic including a huge indoor and outdoor swimming pool, a playground, and a mini mart near the lobby. We were glad that they provided us with a free baby cot upon request. The hotel's location was very strategic and convenient as there were many restaurants and shops nearby. We loved the fact that we could cook our own meals in the kitchenette in our room.
